During the months of March, April and may 2015, IPMA has managed trials of electrical tomography and electromagnetic prospecting in order to identify areas and present materials. The purpose of these tasks was finding out the best choice for foundations for the construction of a photovoltaic solar plant.

Subsequently, the development of the Project continued with the process of data and the obtention of resistivity maps. Combining these results with those obtained in mechanical testing, the materials present in the area and the recommendations for the foundation of photovoltaic panels were established.

Geoelectric tomography equipment manufactured by IRIS model Syscal Kid 24 electrodes was used.

Electromagnetic tomography equipment manufactured by GF INSTRUMENTS model CMD EXPLORER.
